Company Overview: OXTAZ is a French start-up aiming to become a leader in the online gaming industry, specializing in poker. We are currently developing an educational website for poker (SAAS). We recently opened a sucursal in Malaga.

Job Description:

As a multi-skilled Digital Marketer, you will also be the person dedicated to our commercial operations. You will work directly with the CEO to manage customer relationships and with the other Digital Marketer, handle sales inquiries, and support all commercial activities. A strong understanding of the online poker industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Constantly optimize the funnels on our website
  2. Follow our website statistics to improve leads to sales conversion
  3. Operate daily commercial operations and administrative tasks.
  4. Manage customer relationships and communications.
  5. Prepare and manage documentation, proposals, and contracts.
  6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
  7. Handle customer digital inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  9. Prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis.
  10. Implement and follow up on marketing and sales campaigns (with the other Digital Marketer).
  11. Manage logistics for events, meetings, and presentations.
  12. Establish and manage partnerships.
  13. Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial activities.
  14. Develop a community on social networks.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Webmecanik).
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and take good initiative.
  8. Solid knowledge of the online poker industry and culture.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Skilled in digital marketing (influencers).
  2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  3. Commercial skills in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C.
