DESCRIPTION:

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager based in Europe. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building our inbound marketing capabilities and leading digital marketing operations to drive lead generation and strengthen brand recognition.

We are particularly interested in candidates with specific strengths in building conversion-focused websites, creating highly engaging email campaigns, and leading SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.

This individual will work alongside the rest of the marketing team and collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure that insights from the sales team are quickly adopted into the lead generation strategy.

We highly value candidates with experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, particularly those with exposure to non-industrial sectors such as e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to target segments.
  2. Oversee website design and optimization efforts, including A/B testing, to maximize user engagement and improve traffic-to-conversion rates.
  3. Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating lead nurture sequences to guide prospects through the inbound funnel.
  4. Develop and implement content strategies, managing the creation of content across multiple digital channels to drive brand awareness and website traffic.
  5. Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, leveraging performance monitoring tools (e.g., SEMrush) to analyze search rankings and optimize campaign strategies.
  6. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
  7. Use HubSpot CRM to capture customer insights, track performance, and automate lead nurturing through workflows and segmentation.
  8. Manage social media platforms to foster community engagement and track key performance metrics.
  9. Lead partnerships with external vendors or agencies, such as creative agencies, to execute specialized campaigns or projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush) are highly regarded.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing inbound marketing strategies and successfully managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with website design principles, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance user experience and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and compelling copy for email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture inbound traffic.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems for audience segmentation, lead tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring models and experience in designing and implementing lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into MQLs.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in professional-level English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Eligibility to live and work in Europe without the need for visa sponsorship.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position offers flexibility to work remotely within Europe, allowing collaboration with our teams across Europe and Asia. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the company's marketing capabilities, with the autonomy to define and drive your own path to success.
