As a Digital Marketing Expert, your focus will be on driving strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable results across all digital channels. You will be responsible for strategically leading and implementing GPM digital marketing strategy, with support from other business areas and business units.
Your key tasks will include:
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation and nurturing strategies that attract, engage, and convert potential customers across digital channels. Utilize drip campaigns, lead scoring, and personalized follow-ups to seamlessly guide prospects through the sales funnel and drive higher conversion rates.
- Maintain constant collaboration with stakeholders for the implementation and maintenance of the Lead Management Process on Salesforce.
- Plan, execute, and monitor emailing campaigns, including content creation, target group identification, re-targeting strategies, and product positioning ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Plan organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to optimize website content for SEO and increase organic traffic and lead conversion.
- Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and relevant engagement across all channels.
- Monitor and report digital marketing performance through Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI, optimizing insights strategies based on data insights.
- Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless lead handoff.
You will also report to the GPM Marketing Director and conduct regular meetings with key business stakeholders to understand upcoming needs and priorities.

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably complemented by a master’s degree in marketing or another relevant field.
- Ideally 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in developing and executing lead generation strategies and campaigns in an international setting.
- A proven track record in digital content marketing, driving lead generation through high-converting landing pages, gated content, and lead magnets.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot) for email marketing, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and experience with organic campaign management (email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media channels).
- Ability to strategically align digital marketing initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
- Proficiency in tracking and optimizing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in English, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
In addition, previous experience in the following areas would be considered a valuable asset:
- Content management.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including testing and optimization of various campaign elements to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
