About The Team: Our Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe is focused on revolutionizing customer care with AI-driven Voice and Chatbot services, in collaboration with Contact Center Solutions (CCS).
About The Opportunity: As a Bot Designer, you will develop and optimize chat and voice bots. Responsibilities include technical project development, innovation, feature integration, enhancing business value, customer satisfaction, team development, and project support, collaborating with a talented team to scale our Conversational AI solutions.
What you do
- Lead technical projects to enhance CAI solutions, focusing on innovation and scalability.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Squad for smooth project deliveries.
- Integrate new features and third-party systems.
- Contribute to positive business cases and profitability.
- Deliver valued services to customers.
- Provide project estimations and risk mitigation strategies.
What you bring
- Design, develop, and optimize chat and voice bots.
- Implement new features and external integrations.
- Enhance Generative AI applications (e.g., FAQ systems, Copilot, text summarization).
- Drive innovation within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence.
- Train bot NLU models and analyze performance.
- Address project issues and provide use case guidance.
- Maintain documentation and guidelines.
- Deliver training programs for team members and customers.
- Expertise in Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Cognigy, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow).
- Knowledge of third-party system integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communicative and collaborative attitude.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in chat and voice bot development.
- Strong Generative AI application knowledge.
- Ability to create documentation and training materials.
- Excellent English communication skills; German / Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with international teams in a multicultural setting.
