The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, ASX-listed AI leader building next-generation AI-driven digital human technology. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work with a talented team to enhance cloud infrastructure, streamline CI / CD pipelines, and support AI model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines for microservices architecture.
• Deploy and maintain Python (FastAPI) and Node.js services.
• Configure and manage AWS services, including:
• Compute: EC2, Lambda
• Storage: S3, RDS (PostgreSQL)
• Analytics: Redshift, Kinesis, AWS Glue
• Messaging: RabbitMQ
• Caching: Redis
• Networking: VPC, Route53, CloudFront
• Assist in infrastructure monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
• Work with the AI team to deploy ML models and video synthesis services.
• Support containerization (Docker) and orchestration of services.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving AI environment.

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices and CI / CD principles.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ) and caching solutions (Redis).
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing.
• Basic understanding of Python and Node.js environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong experience with Git version control.

Nice-to-Haves:

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
• Knowledge of ML model deployment.
• Experience with media streaming or video processing.
• Familiarity with data streaming and processing (Kinesis, Glue, Redshift, Metabase).
• Understanding of OAuth and secure API implementation.
• Security best practices in cloud environments.
