Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team in a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative medical devices that meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products comply with market needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the development of drug delivery devices, ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and ISO14971 standards.
2. Prepare and execute laboratory protocols and reports related to the design and development of medical devices.
3. Research new technologies and suppliers for medical device innovation.
4. Collaborate with suppliers and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to coordinate device testing and experiments.
5. Prepare project timelines and milestone estimates for medical device development.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of device designs, specifications, and test results.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Development Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of medical devices.
3. Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
4. Proficiency in 2D / 3D design software, such as SolidWorks or PTC.
5. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
6. Strong communication skills and ability to document design processes effectively.
