As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project-level delivery. You will be in charge of coordination between customers, functional departments, and external suppliers to ensure implementation, verification, and delivery.

What You Will Do

• Being in charge of project-level delivery to the end customer within an agreed budget and schedule.
• Task planning based on the inputs provided by TPL and OL.
• Defining resource needs and coordinating those with the Development Manager.
• Coordinating between customers, functional departments, and external suppliers to ensure implementation, verification, and delivery.
• Monitoring the progress of the project and making regular reports.
• Responsible for budget accountability and risk management including mitigation strategy supported by the Technical Project Leader.
• Constant contact with the customer. Being responsible for seamless data exchange within the team and with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers).
• Selection of suppliers based on inputs from Technical Project Leader and Component Engineer.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
• R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Aviation, or automotive background.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent R&D design experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• EV / batteries industry experience.
• Knowledge of Italian, German, or French.
