As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that partners, resellers, and clients receive comprehensive training on our precision agriculture solutions. You’ll be the go-to expert for technical support, enabling users to demonstrate, install, and utilize products effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful onboarding of new partners, focusing on both hardware and software aspects.
- Provide timely technical support and training through various channels - email, phone, web conference, and in person.
- Foster strong relationships with resellers and clients, managing their product updates and technical inquiries.
- Conduct problem analysis to resolve product-related issues, including follow-up, testing, troubleshooting, and identifying potential enhancements.
- Support sales functions as a technical consultant for agriculture machinery applications.
- Develop and update training materials to enhance user understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably related to agriculture machinery applications.
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or technical training within agriculture machinery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.
- Comfortable learning new computer applications.
Location: Remote within Spain (with the possibility of future office expansions)
Travel Requirements: This position includes occasional travel across Spain for client visits, trade shows, and strategic account meetings.
