What You'll Be Doing :
Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all platforms.
Personalized Customer Service: Use your extraordinary communication skills, including active listening and empathy, to personalize every conversation and connect with customers on a meaningful level.
Problem-Solving: Guide customers through their inquiries and provide effective solutions, leaving them with a smile and a positive impression of the company.
Process Improvement: Identify and escalate customer needs internally to improve and develop processes, ensuring the company continually enhances its customer experience.
Performance Excellence: Focus on achieving sky-high performance standards, with a keen eye on key KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Customer Retention: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through impactful and memorable customer experiences.
Ideal Profile: What We're Looking For :
Language Proficiency: Native-level Dutch (C2) with a strong command of English (C1).
Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic, smart problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Empathy and Composure: Able to remain calm, empathetic, and composed, even when dealing with challenging customers.
