Job Description:
We are looking for a Demand Planner in the retail cultural/editorial sector to enhance store profitability through the selection and optimization of offerings, improve stock rotation, and reduce returns by automating processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage product and assortment by analyzing sales and market trends, optimizing stock rotation, and adapting to the needs of each store/institution.
- Implement commercial actions to correct deviations and maximize sales.
- Plan Demand and Purchase by creating segmented sales and purchase budgets by centers and seasonality.
- Plan forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid excesses or shortages.
- Detect possible discount negotiations, terms, and payment conditions.
- Research new suppliers to diversify and improve the offering.
- Optimize stock in stores and warehouses, planning replenishments based on sales data, seasonality, and coverage.
- Communicate and report by providing weekly sales reports, actions, and KPIs.
- Maintain periodic relationships with cultural institutions to ensure alignment of the offer with programming.
We Are Looking For...
A results-oriented, analytical individual with good communication skills, proactive, organized, and planned.
Important negotiation and decision-making skills are essential.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and planning, with experience in project management and stock management.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills.
Languages: Spanish and Catalan, English is a plus.
