A Delivery Lead is responsible for keeping multiple projects on track for a company and ensuring they are completed on time and according to specifications. As a Delivery Lead, you will collaborate and orchestrate work with designers, developers, and clients to determine and deliver the scope and timeline of a project.

Your main responsibility will be to organize and coordinate activities and work packages using agile methodologies to help prioritize tasks, remove roadblocks, and share back knowledge across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support to BAs by removing impediments and tracking progress as required, help to manage risks and dependencies in parallel.
2. Enhance and streamline local processes and optimize the flow of work within the different teams.
3. Facilitate scrum events and ceremonies such as stand up, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives, and lead discussions and decision-making processes.
4. Facilitate decision-making processes, gaining consensus where necessary and fostering an environment of open communication and exchange of ideas, overall help to create a harmonic and productive work environment.

Requirements

1. Relevant experience in similar roles such as Scrum Master for 5+ years.
2. Proficiency in leading Agile ceremonies such as Daily meetings, Demos, Retrospectives, Plannings, etc.
3. Experience working with Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion.
4. Ability to prioritize and organize team and stakeholders needs.
5. Advanced/Fluent English level.
