About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DataHook Applications Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for platform stability and performance, focusing on devlake. The successful candidate will support application onboarding and ensure user satisfaction by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement updates, and maintain application integrity in alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Assistance and Troubleshooting:
   Ensure platform stability and performance, especially related to devlake.
   Diagnose and resolve issues with DataHook applications and technologies.
2. Application Onboarding Support:
   Assist with onboarding new applications into DataHook.
   Ensure smooth integration and functionality of applications using devlake.
3. User Satisfaction:
   Address user queries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
   Gather feedback to identify and implement improvements.
4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
   Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
   Maintain application integrity and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

1. Experience in REST/API and Cloud (Azure) Engineering.
2. Experience in technical support or application support roles.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
4. Proficiency in devlake technologies:

• Backend: Go
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Database: MySQL
• Message Queue: Apache Kafka
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes, API (postman, swagger, ..)
