What you will enjoy doing
- You will generate value out of data by identification, driving and implementing use cases in the area of analytics across all value streams / regions / functions.
- Furthermore, you will provide profound business understanding combined with a strong skillset of advanced data engineering and data science to transform business questions into data-driven insights using languages such as SQL, R, Python, etc.
- Together with the data science lead, you will drive the concept of data insights and advanced analytics as a key and strategic area in the field of business analytics.
- You will support in the definition and execution of the global business analytics strategy, helping to position the business analytics team as the central point of contact for all data analytics questions and use cases.
- You will be responsible for the execution and management of projects within the area of advanced business analytics, closely aligned with business and senior management.
- You will ensure the coaching and training of virtual teams and functional areas within the core disciplines of analytics.
- You will actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.
What makes you great
- You have 5-7 years of experience in analytical insights and data science and hold a master’s degree in STEM from a prestigious university.
- You have a natural ability to turn concepts into computational systems and transform business questions into data-driven insights.
- You have strong expertise in Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
- You are an expert in data modeling, feature engineering, and have strong knowledge of SQL, R, R Shiny, and Python.
- You have a solid understanding of data and system architectures and their role in digital transformation.
- You possess excellent English communication skills and can effectively engage with technical and business teams.
- You have experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies to manage projects and drive high-performing teams.
- You are willing to travel when necessary to support business initiatives.
- You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
- You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
