We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Strategy Manager. A talented, fun, collaborative person willing to bring added knowledge to our Data AI Group. If you thrive working with the most important Iberia companies in the evolution of their digitalization strategy and implementing new data analytics architectures, then we’d like to meet you!

Iberia market unit - working for our top clients developing their data and AI strategy bringing new offerings and opportunities to grow our applied intelligence business.

Your role

What responsibilities will you have?

Data AI managers will combine team management, technical oversight, and leading commercial proposals.

What skills experience are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelors / Masters or MBA degree
2. Proficient in English (written and oral)
3. Minimum of 6 years working in Data AI or related business transformation
4. Minimum of 6 years in strategy or management consulting

Soft Skills

1. Exceptional presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions
2. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent leadership and management skills
4. Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, and Curiosity

Strategical skills

1. Ability to understand the new digital challenges, understand industrial business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data AI including Generative AI
2. Support Data AI teams providing guidance on data AI architectures, strategic data platform plans, and hybrid ecosystems

Technical Skills

1. Hyperscalers data platform mastery, Ecosystem tools, apps, and roadmap for the main hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google)
2. Knowledge on data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and similar
3. Mastery and experience proven on full data life cycle from extraction, transformation, and consumption and extensive knowledge on data AI and Gen-AI reference architectures
4. Data Ethics and security - In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and security standards on data management
