Data Engineer (Remote)

Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services
• Manage client relationships
• Track KPIs and SLAs
• Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction
• Lead project teams - Functional and Technical
• Work on process improvements and automation ideas
• Monitor progress of all developments
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports
• Ensure compliance with contractual service levels
• Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
