As Global Partner Marketing Manager for Spotify at Aleph Group, you’ll be a dedicated business leader, shaping the future of this key partnership. You will own the development and execution of the global B2B marketing strategy and initiatives for Spotify, collaborating closely with Aleph's Partner Director for Spotify and regional marketing managers. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across sales, communications, and other departments, working alongside Aleph and Spotify teams to build Spotify’s brand within Aleph's ecosystem and drive business growth.
You’ll be responsible for adapting global Spotify marketing themes to local market needs and partnering with Aleph's regional management team to effectively communicate Spotify’s product messaging through marketing activations in priority markets worldwide.
This role is a Contractor role (1-year fixed-term).
What You’ll Do :
- Evaluate a broad range of internal and external factors to define B2B marketing strategies and tactics that support key sales objectives within a specific region or partner.
- Ensure marketing activities align with the overall global marketing strategy and objectives, as well as Spotify’s marketing strategy and goals.
- Manage global, regional, and local execution of marketing initiatives to engage local advertiser communities, including events, content, case studies, email marketing, swag, sales materials, direct mailers, etc.
- Conceive and create precise, persuasive, and locally relevant messaging in partnership with cross-functional teams and Spotify.
- Coordinate and oversee ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and impact measurement, working with third-party providers and internal teams.
What You Need for This Role :
- 5-7 years of experience in Partner Marketing.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad tech platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies relevant to Spotify’s advertising products.
- Expertise in B2B marketing within the digital landscape, including audio / podcast advertising and music streaming marketing.
- Data-driven marketing and measurement skills, with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and optimize marketing strategies to demonstrate ROI.
- Content marketing and storytelling expertise, with the ability to create compelling narratives, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces focused on Spotify’s advertising solutions.
- Experience managing co-marketing campaigns with partners, with a proven ability to collaborate with external partners like Spotify on joint marketing initiatives, from planning and execution to measurement.
- Global marketing experience with localization expertise, demonstrating the ability to adapt global marketing strategies to local market needs for effective communication and campaign performance across different regions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and Spotify representatives.
- Event and webinar management experience, including planning, logistics, promotion, and follow-up for B2B audiences.
