What you will do:

Under the direction of the International Business Development Manager (also based in Barcelona), the Data Analyst & Account Management will play a key role in nurturing and strengthening the relationship with Teladoc Health International’s strategic clients. The incumbent in this role will:

  • Build detailed client reports and dashboards leveraging data & analytics.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze report outputs to:
  • Provide insights into client activity evolution and relevant end-user trends.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other Teladoc teams to create joint value:
  • With Business Intelligence: identify together internal enhancements that can help improve data management at the company level.
  • With International Operations and Customer Experience: deep-dive into cases and processes to find logical explanations for identified trends and/or anomalies.
  • With Marketing: find relevant case studies and testimonials to put in value Teladoc services from a human impact perspective.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients:
  • By engaging and being the main contact point for senior roles at the client.
  • By understanding client needs and providing ad-hoc solutions based on data insights.
  • By organizing, leading, and presenting at client meetings and workshops.

You bring (experience and qualifications):

  • A degree in Business, science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in a related field.
  • Experience in data & analytics (e.g., big data, analytical models, analytics software).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint nice to have).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with working in International Corporations.
  • Experience in tech-driven companies or companies with a strong digital component.
  • Experience delivering healthcare services and insight into virtual medicine.
  • Experience in presenting to clients (middle and top management roles).

You will work with:

You will belong to the International Business Development team (led by the Senior Vice President of International Corporate and Business Development), reporting to the International Business Development Manager and with direct exposure to the International Business Development Senior Director. Beyond your team and client exposure, you will also work closely with international teams such as Business Intelligence, International Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
