About the role

As a Data Analyst in the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we’re making the best decisions. You’ll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of euros spent on advertising & brand campaigns, to identify the marketing communications that have the highest performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. In your job, you’ll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing investments to recommend the optimal budget allocations between channels, markets, and specific campaigns - following the existing frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with marketing specialists and managers to design and analyze A / B tests for marketing communications initiatives with minimal supervision.
  3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing teams and leadership supporting day-to-day operations, business reviews and strategic decision-making.
  4. Support the stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and bring visibility by building dashboards and reports.

What we expect

About you:

  1. Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Business.
  2. At least 2 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data.
  3. Outstanding SQL skills, a solid grasp of Python / R for data analysis and good understanding of statistics for A / B testing and experimentation.
  4. Fluent with at least one of the BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase etc) and data visualization in general.
  5. Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  6. Extra bonus, but not required - experience with marketing and consumer analytics, marketing mix modeling, and / or Bayesian statistics.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!
