Our team in Barcelona is part of the ENERCON Southern Europe and Latin America (SELA) regional team. With 2,500 dedicated professionals, more than 4,867 installed wind turbines, equivalent to 9.5 GW of installed capacity, and presence across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece, we are a significant player in these markets.

The COE department drives sales and after-sales performance by optimizing processes and mitigating risks, ensuring efficiency and resilience. This role involves developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to monitor and optimize these processes.

Your Tasks:

1. Develop dashboards to monitor/optimize processes using PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
2. Respond to ad-hoc analytical needs.
3. Propose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the risk level of sales processes.
4. Adapt dashboards to cater to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
5. Capture the essence of databases and extract key information for meaningful insights.
6. Own key-user meetings to capture feedback on existing processes.
7. Maintain process tools for sales (SAP, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) updated and aligned across different platforms.

Your Qualifications:

1. Degree in Business, Data/Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Engineering.
2. Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Excel, Python, DAX.
3. Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Power BI (needed), SAC is a plus.
4. Experience with SAP is a plus.
5. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, perform ad-hoc analyses quickly, and provide actionable insights.
6. Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent data visualization skills, with the ability to tailor presentations/dashboards to various audiences.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
