Mission and Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a role in interpreting and analyzing complex data from various business areas. Your primary focus will be on leveraging advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.

Main Tasks:

1. Collect and interpret data from various sources within the AWS Datalake to generate actionable insights.
2. Analyze results from diverse commercial actions to identify opportunities for business optimization, leveraging advanced analytics techniques.
3. Develop end-to-end Machine Learning models to optimize business processes.
4. Communicate findings effectively through reports and data visualization tools.
5. Identify patterns and trends in datasets, automate routine tasks, and focus efforts on analyzing anomalous or unexpected patterns.
6. Design and implement new data collection and analysis processes tailored to business verticals such as Wealth and new geographic markets.
7. Locate and propose opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
8. Develop and implement scripts or dashboards to streamline recurring tasks and support scalability.
9. Generate comprehensive documentation of all processes to ensure knowledge transfer, easy understanding, and secure backup.

To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:

1. 3 years of experience working on a team with experience understanding risk / portfolio construction and analytics; predictive modelling, and Machine Learning applications.
2. University or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Telecom. / Maths / Physics / Industrial engineer.
3. Strong programming skills for data analytics and Machine Learning / AI.
4. Strong Python and PySpark skills – knowledge of data management.
5. Experience with SQL for managing and accessing data.
6. Familiarity with software development tools such as GitHub.
7. Excellent communication / presentation skills, confidence, and ability to influence, coach, educate fundamental PMs. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
8. Interest in learning from other Data Science experts, using feedback to improve analysis and understanding of strategies.
9. Attention to detail and passion / grit for getting things done, digging into problems, and helping develop solutions.
10. Sense of ownership and entrepreneurialism to grow business.
11. Strong knowledge and / or experience on project management, PMI Certification will be a plus.
12. Knowledge of the Agile framework.
