Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist with a solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, as well as Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in SEO and a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and optimizing their SEO performance.

- Proven experience in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with managing Google Business Profiles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., monday.com) and communication tools (e.g., Slack).
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring client performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand client needs and build strong relationships.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to conduct video calls with clients independently.
- Experience in gathering and utilizing client testimonials for marketing purposes.
