Job Description:

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Success Specialist will be:

• Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands, enhancing customer experience by providing special offers.
• Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required.
• Follow all processes and procedures of the project, including making correct needs analysis and providing relevant offers in every call where allowed.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

Skills, Qualifications, and Interests you will need to succeed in this role:

• Danish native speaker.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration is a plus.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Willingness to learn the sales part of the role; candidates should be naturally good at convincing others.
