As a Technical Presales Engineer for the Orange project, you’ll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives, advising and counseling our partners about the best security solutions. You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers. This position can be based in Madrid or remotely from the Barcelona area.

What You’ll Be Doing :

1. Work processes in the Enterprise environment. System and working methods.
2. Creation of documents about the progress on the job and achieved results.
3. Checking the correct performance of the installed equipment.
4. Meetings organization with customers to showcase the solutions about Fortinet SD-WAN.
5. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the equipment.
6. Evaluation of the equipment and systems.
7. Installation or cooperation in the installation of the systems.
8. Analysis of the correct performance on the assigned tasks.
9. Troubleshooting.
10. Creation of technical documents.
11. Attention to the specifications requested by clients in terms of requirements.
12. Creation of guidance for the resolution of the specific problems in the configuration.
13. Conducting trainings.
14. Realization of models to show solutions and demos to clients.
15. Carrying out proofs of concept appropriate to the client's needs.
16. Making presentations of customized solutions to clients.

What Are We Looking For :

1. Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.
2. Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager. Experience with FortiSwitches and FortiAPs would also be an asset.
3. Knowledge of switching & wireless communications, specifically FortiSwitch & FortiAP.
4. Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN and NSE 7 SD-WAN would be dealing with partners and customers in network and security project development.
