We are looking for a driven Customer Success Manager who will support the growth of the SASE business across EMEA at a global leading cybersecurity business. Initially a 12-month contract with the possibility of going permanent, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will ensure the customer is getting the best out of the service.
The preferred location for this role is Madrid, Spain, but the hiring manager is open to candidates based anywhere in Spain who meet the qualifications. As this role supports customers across EMEA, some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones.
The successful Customer Success Manager will preferably come from a cybersecurity background, but anyone from the IT industry will be of interest. Understanding IT processes is key to providing technical advice to the client, addressing escalations, and meeting project deadlines.
