Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway:

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  2. Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
  3. Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
  4. Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  5. Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
  6. Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  7. Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  8. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth

Your basic qualifications:

  1. Fluent level of English and Italian
  2. 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management/customer success role
  3. Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
  4. Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  5. Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

  1. Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
  2. Any other language is a plus
