We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success (B2B) who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and lead by example. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping our company's customer success strategies, developing lasting relationships with our clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Position Overview

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive retention, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Analyze client performance data and provide recommendations for optimization and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet sales annual quotas for assigned accounts
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction through meetings, emails, follow-ups, feedback, and timely responses to requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
  • Multitask and manage a large number of clients simultaneously
  • Demonstrate patience and work effectively under pressure from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Create and present proposals for new projects, cross-selling, up-selling, and negotiating with clients.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or related field
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and project management tools preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or audio-visual industry a plus
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required, fluency in German or French a plus
