What you will be doing?
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
What skills & experience will you bring to us?
- Afluent level of Russian/Ukrainian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (Both written and spoken)
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
What do we offer?
- Start date: 18th of October
- Contract: Temporary for Maternity Leave (1-month probation period)
- Full time: (39 hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, intensive shift from (8:00am to 4:00pm). Wednesday intensive shift from 1:00pm to 8:00pm.
- Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
- Incentives: Top performance incentives
- Holidays: 2 days accrued per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Working from home: For candidates outside of Catalunya
- Training: 2 weeks of training from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm
