Key Responsibilities

4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
2. At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a voice or blended role.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
