About the job Customer Service - German Market

We are seeking financial services professionals to join an international team at one of the world's most successful BPO organizations. With more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry, a presence in 88 countries, and over 420,000 employees, our client is assembling a multilingual team of investment specialists. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to pursue ambitious career opportunities within one of Europe's most prestigious digital banking programs.

In this role, you will be interacting with high-level clients of one of Europe's leading digital banks, providing savings advice and introducing innovative banking products designed to offer high returns.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for providing customer service through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat channels, delivering top-notch service and information about cutting-edge digital banking products specifically for the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support on banking-related issues such as account opening, password recovery, transfers, and more.
  • Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Promote and offer innovative banking products to clients.
  • Ensure transparency in providing information about investment products, including their purpose, features, risks, and client protection regulations (both internal and external).
  • Report and track any system anomalies or issues that arise.
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet sales objectives established by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Preferred qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • EU ID or Spanish residence card.
  • Must live in Madrid.
  • German: C1 level.
  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information.
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and evolving work environments.
  • Experience in banking is an asset but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Permanent contract.
