As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are looking for a new team member to complement our Customer Success team in EMEA based in Amsterdam. As a Customer Service Consultant for the Benelux market, you will be responsible for creating excellent customer experiences and elevating our client success endeavors to new heights. We have a beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position from Spain where you will be working for our global teams.

What this role looks like

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our client's long-term satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support, cultivating relationships, and driving growth within our diverse client base.

Some of your key tasks as a Customer Service Consultant

1. Investigate and resolve system issues collaboratively with the product department;
2. Deliver efficient and effective customer support via email and phone channels;
3. Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty;
4. Offer creative solutions, handle objections, and de-escalate challenging client situations;
5. Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer lifetime value;
6. Address churn risks, cancellations, and payment-related queries;
7. Contribute to departmental process enhancements through feedback and project participation.

What you will bring to the team

1. [Hard requirement] Proficiency in written and verbal Dutch (native level) and good written and verbal skills in English;
2. Tech-savvy, a critical and logical thinker;
3. Proven problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions;
4. Structured, organized, with good time management and attention to detail;
5. Great at following instructions and processes;
6. Confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude;
7. Prior experience in SaaS/software CS is preferred (this is not a call center position!).
