As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day throughout different channels (phone or email). You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally — especially in writing, where your ability to express yourself with precision makes a real difference.
  • Stays updated — you're always up to date with H&M’s latest campaigns, products, procedures and initiatives, ensuring customers get the most relevant support.
  • Contributes with a positive and proactive attitude, bringing our values to life in your daily work.

And people who:

  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills in French (C1 level) and English.
  • Are naturally customer-oriented and bring a positive, can-do energy to every interaction.
  • Possess computer skills — familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented way, ensuring consistency and high quality even in repetitive tasks.
  • Can handle time pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Are fashion enthusiasts who enjoy being part of a brand that celebrates style and self-expression.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We offer a full-time permanent contract. The start date is planned for 26th of May 2025.

We require that you provide us with evidence of your proof of right to work in Spain (mandatory DNI/NIE number & Social Security Number).

Salary - 24,070 euros gross per year. An extra paid of 11.04 euros gross per hour on Sundays and bank holidays worked.

Schedules: The contract is full-time (40 hours/week) in rotative shifts and includes working hours during evenings and weekends. The schedule is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 21:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00.
