The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be in charge of clarifying the customers’ requests via chat. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

1. Handle chat inquiries for a FinTech app for B2C (no phone calls, only chat)
2. Provide ongoing support for end users on the online banking app
3. Assist in setting up and managing accounts
4. Ensure successful client onboarding with a smooth transition when opening an account
5. Identify fraud indicators and escalate alarming cases to compliance officers
6. Investigate payment dispute cases, analyze and resolve the issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while retaining them
7. Actively identify and escalate customer issues to improve internal processes and enhance the customer journey

Ideal Profile

1. You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
2. Experience in customer-facing roles
3. Need bachelor, MBO3, MBO4 at least
4. You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
6. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
