Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world, is looking for a trainee for the Global Guest Experience Team. You will need to be able to handle analyzing bulks of data while also enjoying design thinking and creative concept development.
DURATION : 6 months
THE JOB :
The trainee supports the Guest Experience team members, as well as other members of the Brand Department as required. This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on a global level. The different areas within the team work together to ensure that the departments’ goals are reached and continuously improved. The departmental goal is to leverage brand equity and drive awareness by ensuring a consistent brand experience globally, both at hotels and in our digital products. In addition, the Guest Experience team strives to validate the brand architecture and brand strategy and redefine the experience for each brand, in line with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.
To support the team, the trainee will be involved in a variety of tasks that focus on data analysis and require creative aptitude for the creation of brand resources and leading ad-hoc customer experience design projects.
