What is our proposal?

Join us as a CRM Campaign Specialist/Manager and be part of the CRM team, with a key role in driving traffic, sales and retention; key indicators for the company´s success.

In this role you will be responsible for the planification and execution of marketing campaigns using various channels (email, SMS, web push, in-app, push notification…) to drive engagement and retention, as well as ensuring that our company KPIs are met. This role requires you to be creative, to understand our customer journey and come up with innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.

Which will be your main responsibilities?

  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create targeted segments based on behavior, preferences, travel history, and demographics.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop CRM campaigns both B2C and B2B aligned with business goals (e.g., increasing bookings, promoting seasonal packages, upselling trip activities, etc.).
  • Personalization Strategies: Implement tailored communication to enhance customer experience, such as personalized offers and recommendations; and create relevant content to our (B2B) Travel Advisors to enhance their abilities to sell our packages.

Campaign Execution

  • Content Development: Collaborate with copywriting and design teams to create engaging communications through our different channels.
  • Channel Management: Oversee multi-channel campaign delivery, ensuring consistency across email, social media, in-app messaging, and SMS.
  • Be responsible for aligning stakeholders to ensure campaigns are going out at the desired schedule, being hands-on with the execution.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with subject lines, messaging, layouts, and offers to optimize campaign performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.
  • Insights Generation: Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine future campaigns.
  • Database Management: Maintain a clean and up-to-date both B2C and B2B databases to improve targeting accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders to push for subscriber and partner growth.

Requirements

What we require of you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in CRM, with heavy focus on email and marketing automation.
  • Autonomous & reliable way of working with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of email campaign best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.
  • Performance-oriented: you’re always focused on optimization and growth with a strategic mindset to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven mindset, you love working with Excel or BI tools with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • Experience in the travel industry or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI…)
  • Fluency in English.
