Job Description

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand identity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  3. Lead the ideation process for creative campaigns that connect emotionally with customers.
  4. Understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  5. Spearhead rebranding efforts to build emotional connections with customers.
  6. Build and nurture a community around the brand.
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  8. Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.

The Successful Applicant

  1. 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing or advertising.
  2. Proven track record in leading rebranding or repositioning projects.
  3. Strong expertise in consumer psychology and emotional marketing.
  4. Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  5. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  6. Excellent understanding of the digital landscape.
  7. Strong project management skills.
  8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
