You will join our REH team in Iberia & Italy
As our new Country Market Director for REH, you will have a reporting into the REH CMD Italy dimension. You will join the Italy and Iberia Country Leadership team and the leadership team of 70+ people in the REH business unit.

Your priority will be to drive our growth in the Iberian REH market delivering innovative and sustainable solutions within green REH transition to our clients. As the Country Market Director for REH, you will be our visible leader externally and internally and demonstrate your collaboration skills through excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Instill purpose and set the direction for Ramboll’s REH division in Iberia.
• Lead and grow the team (approx. 50 to date, target > 75 in 2025)
• Accountable for local business development plans
• Be an active part of the REH Italy & Iberia Leadership Team and our global business plan shaping and execution.
• Be an active part of the Country Leadership Team along with your colleagues and other business units, HR, Finance and others.
• Promote a culture of openness and inclusion that fosters mobility, equal opportunities and diversity.
