About the Role: As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be assisting in the sourcing and execution of strategic opportunities of Codere Online, as well as in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and KPIs of the business.

You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, presenting the information, and contributing to the team's recommendations to the senior management and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts and monitor actual financial performance.
2. Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Conduct research and business analysis of online gaming companies, monitor key developments, initiatives, news, legislation, corporate activities, and M&A transactions, analyzing the impact on the Group's strategies and business plans.
5. Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures using methods such as DCF, NPV, IRR, and comparable analysis.
6. Assist in the analysis and preparation of strategic proposals, presentations, memorandums, and marketing materials.
7. Provide ad-hoc support to other functions within finance (primarily Investor Relations).

In the monthly management reporting (internal) and quarterly earnings reporting (external).

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related programs.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in developing further as a financial analyst.
4. Experience on Microsoft Office.
