The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for developing investor relations materials, managing communication with investors and investment banks, executing key financing and M&A projects. This role offers direct front-office exposure to top-tier investment banks, global credit and private equity funds, family offices, and asset managers.
Responsibilities & Key Actions :
Investor Relations :
Conduct regular calls with investors to discuss bond sales, structured debt, and refinancing opportunities.
Follow up with materials and address investor inquiries to maintain strong relationships.
Presentations & VDRs :
Gather and analyze relevant financial, legal, and operational data for investor presentations.
Maintain and update Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) with key documents on a quarterly basis or as needed.
M&A :
Identify and assess potential acquisition targets by building financial models and investment memos.
Coordinate financial and legal advisors to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.
Funding Projects :
Prepare materials for investor Q&A, reviewing and refining data to ensure accuracy.
Oversee technical transaction workstreams, including integrations and reporting setups.
Knowledge & Skills
Qualifications :
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in investor relations, especially in structured credit products.
Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure data accuracy.
Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and resolving legacy data issues.
Proficiency in managing complex projects and negotiating commercial terms.
Education & Experience :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field preferred.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, investor relations, audit, or financial consulting
