What will you have to do when you're here?
- Social Media Management and Strategy: You will design the best way to communicate the brand universe through different social media platforms to build a community (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn). Therefore, you must stay up to date with trends on each platform to ensure that the content has the desired impact, managing the Social Media calendar.
- Content Strategy: You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the content strategy and creation on social media to meet the needs of each channel, following the brand's storytelling and objectives.
- Storytelling Creation: You will develop creative briefings for the narrative of major campaigns and social media content. To do this, you will need to be a key link between different departments (marketing, art, product, etc.).
- Analysis and Reporting: Every good strategy needs to be measured and studied. Therefore, you must ensure that you understand the impact of our posts and optimize future strategies. We count on you to keep improving every day.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with industry trends, new platforms, social media algorithms, and best practices to ensure HOFF stays ahead in digital innovation.

- We are looking for someone with at least three years of prior experience in social media, having worked with KPIs and objectives.
- In terms of education, you should have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- We are international! A minimum B2 level in English is required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- And finally, to succeed in this role, you must be a creative and passionate digital marketing professional, but also organized and analytical, with great attention to detail, teamwork skills, and excellent communication and social abilities.
