This role involves versatile engagement in writing, formatting, and setting the editorial direction. The Content Manager must effectively understand the audience, tailor content to user needs and preferences, create impactful messages, and stay abreast of web trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editorial Leadership: Define and maintain the editorial line for all content across the company's digital platforms (product pages, guides, manuals, white papers…), with the goal of converting users into prospects.
  • Content Production: Oversee the creation and updating of articles, briefs, and various website sections.
  • Social Media and Publicity Management: Manage social media platforms and advertisement content dissemination to maximize visibility and foster conversational marketing.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the CRM team to ensure necessary content is available and aligns with customer relationship strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure content effectiveness and reach.
  • Team Management: Direct and support team members in their respective roles and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Technical and creative proficiency in managing content across various digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage projects transversally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, editorial leadership, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills with a deep understanding of web writing practices, information architecture, and SEO (including linking strategies and keyword optimization).
  • Experience with marketing analysis techniques and familiarity with traffic and analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English to manage international communications effectively.
