At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join the Media & Acquisition Team.

Your role will be to manage our current portfolio of clients across different platforms - especially Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.

As a Paid Social Specialist at Rocket Digital, you will:

• Take over and lead your own portfolio of clients, being responsible for the development of a Paid Social strategy considering best practices across social media platforms, briefing clients on the latest news of the industry and their impact on their business.
• Campaign execution and optimization both hands-on and in collaboration with colleagues based on your insights.
• Follow-up of account performance and client support as an integral member of the client team, dealing with the daily challenges of account management, making recommendations to improve performance and exceed client goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of two years experience launching and managing Paid Social campaigns across main platforms - Meta, TikTok, both with Performance and Branding objectives.
• You have a minimum of one year in a client-facing role.
• You have excellent analytical and communicative skills: we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and translating them to clients. The analysis of metrics will form part of your daily routine.
• You are not afraid of leading a conversation about Creatives, Measurement, and other specifics about the Paid Social landscape.
• You know your way with Excel / Google Sheets and Looker Studio (dynamic tables, formulation & basic macros / visual will be highly valued skills).
• You know about Digital Advertising and recognize the need for a constant update, aka curious and eager to learn.
• You are a team player and value a good and collaborative work atmosphere.
• Languages: fluently spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Programmatic Marketing campaigns.
