About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor:
The resort will have a total of 110 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.
Role Overview:
The Concierge Agent is a central part of the Front Of the House Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are provided with upscale service experiences throughout their stay.
- Provide upscale service experiences for guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered.
- Ensure that concierge desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
- Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to ascertain preferences and provide insightful recommendations.
- Conduct pre-arrival process to contact all future guests to arrange services including but not limited to Wine Tastings, Dining Reservations, shipping packages, various Transportation methods, and researching different vendors and service providers.
- Follow up with guests pre-arrival, within a time of response.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Maintain permanent communication with guests through our messenger app, with immediate response, and a proper closure of interaction.
- Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Interact with guests in person and by phone, following our Brand standards.
- Have great knowledge of activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas.
