What is our proposal?

At Flight Business we are the experts in Business Development and Airline Distribution and Merchandising, key factors contributing to the growth of the Exoticca Business in all Markets. We focus on building solutions, products, and services via state-of-the-art technology and acquiring and securing content from commercial and technical partnerships with key Suppliers and 3rd parties across the globe. We work closely with all the key internal stakeholders to facilitate automation, accuracy, and productivity.

Be a Part of a Team where You Will:

• Negotiate and establish long-term relationships and agreements with Airlines worldwide.
• Implement new and resolve contractual and commercial problems.
• Discover areas that are not in keeping with market and industry regulation practices.
• Offer commercial and industry expert advice and guidelines to the flights business and the wider Product Team department.
• Conduct risk assessments and seek opportunities in all markets.
• Perform competitive airline market and industry analysis.
• Contribute to constant reviewing and developing operational process flows.
• Oversee all related KPIs, ensuring regular reporting, metrics, and statistics are produced.
• Contribute to building scalable models for the department and company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Solid airline & distribution commercial and industry awareness.
• 4-5 years of experience.
• Previous experience with airline products and services.
• Experience from an airline revenue management or network planning department is a plus.
• Solid numerical and analytical skills, and experience in using data analysis tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and data analytical tools (e.g., Looker, SQL).
• Proven skills and knowledge of relevant sales and productivity software such as Microsoft Excel, Project, Trello, HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Amadeus GDS and Travelfusion functional usage.
• Communication verbal and written skills in English and one other language is a plus.
• Autonomous and self-driven.
