About the Role

We are seeking an AI Developer to bridge the gap between AI design and implementation, ensuring that AI solutions are effectively deployed and integrated into workplace tools.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing AI applications using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and other AI platforms.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing digital workplace tools and enterprise systems.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize AI-powered features for performance and scalability.
• Customize low-code / no-code AI solutions to enhance business workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI tools meet business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 8+ years in AI development, machine learning, or related fields.
• Strong experience in AI development, machine learning, and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and low-code / no-code platforms.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise software and business processes.
• Experience in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and AI model tuning.
• Fluent in English with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps, AI deployment pipelines, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Knowledge of NLP, chatbot development, and AI-powered decision-making tools.
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation frameworks.

Key Experience Areas:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong background in AI model deployment, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in optimizing AI performance, troubleshooting, and scaling AI solutions.
• Prior work with low-code / no-code platforms for AI-driven business workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI security, and compliance best practices is a plus.
