Based in Madrid, Spain, our well-known client is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Eligibility to work in Europe is essential.
This job would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution to be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, in order to achieve the budgeted objectives for total revenue generating points of sale. The scope includes pricing, yielding and total revenue optimisation and requires a strategic, analytical and commercial mindset.
The business is an international hotel group with over 1000 hotels in operation and under development in APAC & EMEA.
A successful candidate will either have strong knowledge in market dynamics and hotel technology including Revenue Management Systems (such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto GC), Hotel Reservation Systems (PMS/S&C) and Distribution Systems (Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Distribution Connectivity Partners, OTA Extranets). Combining the understanding of systems with a balanced approach upon what is needed commercially and operationally is key. You will need strong communication skills, be able to easily build trust with key hotel and corporate stakeholders and balance long term strategic direction with short term rate & volume optimisation. They will have strong analysis skills, be well organised with an eye for details. English language is essential.
