You will report to the Senior Manager of Midmarket Sales based in Paris. While you will be attached to our Barcelona office, we offer a hybrid-remote work policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage innovation programs and distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling solution stories aligned with our customers' business values.
  • Articulate and present these solutions with credibility to influence, educate, and inspire Autodesk's customers on our BIM and BIM 360 solutions, positioning Autodesk as a valuable and central partner for their digital transformation.
  • Ensure a consistent industry approach and influence our long-term strategy by partnering closely with company partners such as sales, industry strategy, and marketing.
  • Take charge of the development of repeatable plays and associated sales tools, packaging and positioning our offerings to deliver unique and differentiated value to the markets we pursue.
  • As a respected expert, align industry trends in AEC to broader digital transformation strategies. Represent Autodesk in BIM standardization bodies and industry initiatives, and build industry relationships to maximize penetration and revenue.
  • Guide the development of "sales plays" to assist our sales teams in having educated conversations with customers about BIM, helping them identify the right opportunities for BIM and BIM 360 within their accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with a similar role in sales or business development at a global high-tech company.
  • Knowledge of the AEC industry, including products, customers, processes, trends, challenges, etc.
  • Excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as (Civil) Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture would be helpful. Alternatively, equivalent professional training or experience in the industry.
  • Business fluency in French, English and Spanish – both written and spoken.
  • Business fluency in Italian is a plus.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
