Job Purpose
Join our Cloud Systems & Services team to launch your career in business optimization with one of the "World's most admired Companies". As a Process Analyst, you'll be involved in projects that aim to enhance quality, streamline operations, and reduce errors within our Cloud Marketplace.
In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, IT, and customers, to gather and analyze data, providing valuable recommendations. You'll ensure our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams offer top-notch service and work closely with vendors for seamless platform utilization.
You'll help to design innovative processes, like automated billing and procurement systems, while analyzing and improving existing processes. You'll also contribute to quality improvement projects and document business processes.
Our team's mission includes rolling out various Cloud solutions across 21+ European countries. You'll work closely with Business Unit leaders and partners to develop impactful strategies and deliver exceptional systems across Europe.

What you will do :
- Map operational process flows, collect, document, and analyze data, identify gaps, and support improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Create process maps and value stream maps, documenting key business requirements to evaluate opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional and cross-organization meetings to align end-to-end business processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
- Document current (“As-is”) processes and define desired (“Future State”) processes.
- Define SLAs, measure results, and deploy new operational processes, escalating as needed.
- Maintain, manage, and continuously improve central processes, ensuring full documentation and consistent standards across all locations within the regional scope.
- Ensure appropriate training and ongoing skills development for staff and third parties involved in new processes.
Desired Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English language; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- An out-of-the-box thinking mentality.
- Be proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming.
- Project experience in Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions are a definite advantage.
- Understanding of the IT Software / Services / SaaS industry are helpful.
- IT Channel experience, Pan European distributors or Software vendor are a plus.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes is a plus.
