Your Role

As an Azure Cloud Engineer (AKS) at Intercept, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing proactive and strategic support on advanced Microsoft Azure (3rd line) issues. You’ll collaborate with Azure Consultants, Engineers, and key stakeholders to deploy, optimize, and maintain Azure environments—particularly focusing on AKS clusters.

We structure your workweek to balance planned and unplanned tasks, ensuring variety and giving you time to tackle deep technical challenges. Your mission? Set up, expand, modernize, and maintain enterprise-level Azure solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Deploy, maintain & optimize Azure environments within customer subscriptions.
2. Troubleshoot & resolve complex AKS issues in production.
3. Ensure security, scalability & reliability in cloud infrastructures.
4. Engage with customers proactively, offering both solicited and unsolicited advice.
5. Stay ahead of Azure trends and integrate best practices into customer solutions.
6. Collaborate within a DevOps team, ensuring smooth deployments and long-term cloud success.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience (including troubleshooting AKS in production).
• Microsoft AZ-104 Certification.
• Strong experience with Helm, OpenTelemetry, and CNCF tools.
• Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Linux.
• Excellent communication skills – you can engage customers effectively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What We Offer

Up to €60,000 per year (based on experience).
