THE OPPORTUNITY

Excellent opportunity to build your career in a respected MedTech company in a permanent role. In this role, you will aid the Orthopedics team in Joints Reconstruction to effectively execute their strategies in South West with occasional support from Perth and Albany. If you are a driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the medical device field, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.
  2. Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of DePuy Synthes Joints Products.
  3. Provide training & education to health care professionals.
  4. Assist with the logistical requirements of the business.
  5. Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.
  6. Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.

ABOUT YOU

  1. Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  2. Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
  3. Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.
  4. Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
  5. Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
