The PPD FSP Solution: PPD's Functional Service Provider division partners with and serves as an extension of our PPD team, supporting our customers' key functions. We cover customer needs on every level, allowing them to do more with less, with an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Monitoring independently different sites, including RBM.
  2. Participation in investigator meetings as necessary.
  3. Ensuring the trial is conducted in accordance with the approved protocol ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs etc.
  4. Ensuring effective communication between investigational sites and internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Working on project work and initiatives for process improvement as required.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  1. Degree in pharmacy, life science or related field.
  2. Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO company.
  3. Independent clinical monitoring experience - at least 1 year.
  4. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology.
  2. Management of regulatory and/or IEC questions.
  3. Development and preparation of the local informed consent form.
  4. Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel.
  5. Management of the delivery of study supplies.
  6. Strong customer focus and effective interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills.
  8. Proven flexibility and adaptability.
  9. Ability to work in a team or independently as required.
  10. Good computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn appropriate software.
  11. Good presentation skills.
